Erica joined the WRA in July 2022 as Membership Communications Manager. Her role includes the production of member newsletters and the organisation of members’ meetings, as well as assisting the Board with communications planning and ensuring value for money for members.

Having worked in a variety of PR and marketing positions within the public and private sectors, Erica was the editor of a long-standing trade magazine for the fireplace sector for eight years before setting up her own communications business in 2018. She now works with a range of clients, including another trade body, the Stove Industry Association, and an appliance certification scheme.

In her spare time, Erica enjoys walking, reading, cooking or riding pillion on her and her partner Pete’s Can-Am Spyder.
