Spencer Caldwell joined his family business Recycling, Plant & Machinery (RPM) Ltd in 2019, after studying International Business Management at University. Operating for over 25 years, RPM specialises in the sales and marketing of new and used recycling equipment to customers in 35 different countries.

After starting out in business development, Spencer is now National Sales Manager at RPM where he has been instrumental in developing the company’s broad network of suppliers and customers within the wood and other recycling industries, both in the UK and overseas.

Through this work, Spencer has made many industry contacts and developed a wide understanding of the management of resources from cradle to grave. His key focus is on developing new supplier relations and in hitting future growth targets.

At RPM, Spencer also helps to represent Swedish technology manufacturer IQR Solutions AB in the UK, which specialises in producing both static and mobile hammer mills to process wood and other waste materials.

In addition to this, Spencer is an active member through RPM of the United Kingdom Security Shredding Association (UKSSA), the trade body for the security shredding industry.
