A&A Recycling Services was established in the 1990s, originally specialising in the repair, production and sale of pallets, alongside wood recycling. The business has continued to grow significantly over the years and was acquired by A.W. Jenkinson Forest Products in 2001.
Now a wholly owned member of the A.W. Jenkinson Group, A&A Recycling Services benefits from the wider group’s extensive infrastructure, industry expertise and access to a fleet of more than 1,000 vehicles, including A&A Recycling Services dedicated waste wood container fleet.
With strategically located processing facilities across the UK, A&A Recycling Services currently operates three large-scale sites, supported by access to a further 14 dedicated waste wood sites across the UK and additional facilities within the wider A.W. Jenkinson Group.
This extensive network allows A&A Recycling Services to collect, transport and process waste wood efficiently and consistently, handling significant volumes while maintaining high standards of environmental compliance and best practice. Across its operations, A&A Recycling Services processes more than 240,000 tonnes of waste wood annually, contributing to the 3 million tonnes processed within the wider A.W. Jenkinson family.
A&A Recycling Services works closely with waste management companies, local councils, and commercial sectors to collect and recycle various grades of waste wood. With a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, innovation, and customer service, A&A Recycling Services plays a crucial role in reducing landfill waste whilst supporting the UK’s renewable energy and manufacturing industries.
Recognised for our industry-leading practices, we were proudly named Wood Recycling Business of the Year in 2022, a testament to our dedication to sustainability, innovation, and service excellence
