A.W. Jenkinson Woodwaste is the largest timber recycler in Scotland. The business continues to grow year on year by way of tonnages, now processing over 5,000 tonnes of waste wood per week.
A.W. Jenkinson Woodwaste operate four large-scale processing sites in Scotland and North England, from Aberdeen to Carlisle. These busy sites are only a few of the several recycling facilities currently operating within the wider A.W. Jenkinson Group. We have access to 14 other dedicated waste wood sites across the UK. That’s not to mention the 23 other sites operated by the A.W. Jenkinson family of companies.
A.W. Jenkinson Woodwaste’s focus is based on great customer service and Managing Director Tom McIntyre believes that “no service equals no customers”. We always listen to our customers and due to our wealth of experience in the waste wood industry, we are able to assist our customers with any waste wood requirement. A.W. Jenkinson Woodwaste also has access to a fleet of more than 700 vehicles from the A. W. Jenkinson Transport fleet, which enables the A.W. Jenkinson group of businesses to handle nearly four million tonnes of timber co-products every year. With all these factors working in unison, it’s not difficult to see how A.W. Jenkinson Woodwaste have become one of the first choices for many businesses and end-users with a waste wood removal requirement. Not only are we able to collect waste wood regularly and consistently, but we also transport and process it at scale.
