Kaizen Recycling Limited was founded in 2006 by Duncan Bowett and Richard Mawson and supplies a wide range of mobile and static wood processing technology from both Eggersmann Recycling Technology GmbH and Ecostar Srl.

As exclusive Dealers for Eggersmann and Ecostar in the UK and Ireland, Kaizen Recycling Limited has decades of knowledge and experience within the industry, working on everything from small mobile shredders, through to some of the largest, state of the art, waste processing facilities in the UK.

Kaizen provides a professional aftersales service with a comprehensive stock of spares and factory trained service technicians, helping to ensure continued productivity.

Ecostar

The Ecostar dynamic disc screen provides 3 fraction screening in one pass with the ability to return oversize material back to the shredder if required. Hardox discs mean that even heavy contamination will not be a problem for this machine and the hybrid engine means it can be powered by diesel or electric.

Eggersmann – Terra Select

Terra-Select produce a wide range of mobile and static trommel screens, star screens and wind sifters for screening and separating wood fractions as well as removing contamination. All machines available as either diesel, electric or hybrid variants.

Eggersmann – Teuton

The Teuton range of single shaft shredders are universal machines offering high throughputs with low cost of ownership. Product size can be easily adjusted, and a screen basket system offers accurate sizing where required. Available as diesel or electric, tracked, wheeled and static.

Eggersmann – Forus

The Forus range of twin shaft machines offer efficient pre-shredding in either static, hook lift or tracked variants powered by diesel or electric.
