Rachel joined the WRA as Team Administrator in September 2019. She provides general administrative to support the WRA team and board, including maintaining the members’ databases, information on the website and working with Gaynor to organise the quarterly Member and Board meetings. Prior to launching her Virtual Administrator company, Hatton PA in 2012, Rachel worked for over eight years at the Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP), as PA to the Director of Design & Resource Minimisation and admin support to the Organics team.
