Conference Agenda Released for Letsrecycle Live

September will see the return of the all-encompassing UK show for the recycling and waste management sector on 15-16 September 2021 at Stoneleigh Park, near Coventry. After a testing 18 months, with the waste sector’s performance and suppliers’ equipment shining through the pandemic, Letsrecycle Live offers the opportunity to revisit the world of waste and resources.

Big on seminars, equipment and demonstrations, the outdoor and indoor event is perfectly timed as the economy recovers and legislative drivers sharpen to ensure higher levels of recycling performance, both in the municipal and commercial sector.

CONFERENCE

The conference agenda for the two day showcase event has now been revealed and features headline conference sessions on policy developments and the move to a net-zero circular economy as well as advances in machinery and processing.

The five theatres allow speakers to deep dive into key topics across the different material streams as well as address practical issues impacting operators both today, and the future, such as fire, safety and employment.

LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS

The now fully booked live demonstration area will highlight innovation in material processing presenting more than 18 different machines, including shredders, trommels, material handlers and more.

Visitors can also see developments in waste and recycling collection vehicles in the Trucks in Action Arena. Demonstrators include; Boughton Engineering, Dennis Eagle, Scarab Sweepers, Munihire, Hiab, Vehicle Weighing Solutions and sponsor, Refuse Vehicle Solutions. Vehicles will also be available to test drive on the private ride and drive test track.

ATMOSPHERE, NETWORKING, SOCIAL

However, Letsrecycle Live is more than just a traditional sterile exhibition. Grab a drink from the Inn on the Green, pick up something tasty from the Street Food Market and take part in one of the many unique networking events that are taking place over the two days. Visitors can make the most of their time at the event by taking part in, or hosting their own, on site meeting. A number of associations and organisations are coordinating meetings in the free to use spaces including the Wood Recyclers’ Association, Environmental Services Association, UROC and the National Federation of Demolition Contractors.

Parking at the event is FREE and there is also a FREE shuttle bus to and from Coventry station for those travelling by public transport.

On the evening of the first day of the event, the now sold out Reunion Dinner offers a wonderful chance to participate in an evening of networking with colleagues from across the sector, hopefully with a glassful of optimism and enthusiasm for future months and years.

SAFE AND SECURE

Letsrecycle Live is split roughly 50/50 across indoor and outdoor spaces and the organisers, along with the venue and their contractors want to reassure you that the event is a safe space to reconnect with industry peers. Visitors are encouraged to take a test in the 24 hours prior to arrival and comprehensive measures have been put in place to ensure you can feel safe and comfortable while at the show. Sanitisation, enhanced cleaning and increased ventilation programmes are all in place as well as reduced contact points such as contactless registration, in line with the All Secure Standard. If you have any queries about the show, please get in touch oninfo@letsrecycle.live.

With more than 200 exhibiting organisations and 100 expert speakers, visit www.letsrecycle.live to explore everything that is going on over the two days and to register for your FREE ticket.
