The Wood Recyclers’ Association is delighted to have been shortlisted for the 2025 Trade Association Forum Awards, the leading awards for the UK trade association sector.

The Association is a finalist in the ‘Sector Representation of the Year’ category, which recognises the trade association which has led the best representative action on behalf of its sector over the past year. The WRA’s entry focused on its recent work on Waste Wood Classification.

This is the second year running that the WRA has been shortlisted in this category, which is sponsored by the Department for Business & Trade. The winners of each category will be revealed on the night of the awards, on February 27 in London.

Julia Turner, Executive Director of the WRA, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for the 2025 TAF Awards. It is fantastic to see our work on Waste Wood Classification to be recognised at this level and we look forward to the winners being announced in February.”
